Real estate agent Lacey Farrell (Emma Samms) and her niece Bonnie (Kim Poirier) are placed in the federal witness protection program after Farrell witnesses the murder of one of her clients. Even under the guard of the government, Farrell finds herself pinpointed as the killer's next target, unless detective Ed Sloan (Beau Starr) can rescue her in time.
